Announcing the new Siemens HR portal to employees across the globe.

This ‘Focused on You’ campaign launched with a set of teaser posters to pique the interest of employees. Those were followed by posters that employees could personalise for their department or colleagues.

An intranet generator allowed employees to create their unique headlines — the best of which were printed out and hung up in the offices. This campaign also extended to mugs, doors, elevators, and floor panels.
